I awoke at 1:30am with “a pretty good surge” and another ten minutes later, less than twenty minutes later my surges were two minutes apart and we left for the hospital. We arrived at the hospital, and at 5:30am, our son arrived. The most important thing about HypnoBirthing for me was how it kept me connected to my son so that we both knew what was going on and what we needed to do.
