We got to the hospital at 4:00 AM at 3 cm dilated and I had the baby in the bath tub (quite unexpectedly, where I had been laboring for maybe 5 minutes) at 5:37 AM. I don’t know if I told you but during the last hypnosis session, I had chosen to labor for two hours and it totally happened!
The doctor didn’t even make it in! I breathed down three or four times and out she came. Zero pain. It was truly incredible.
Two weeks after our baby girl was born I was still going over the experience in my head a couple times a day, it was so amazing!
